Here's a great 21 footer with dual cockpit and inboard engine.
She has a 7 foot beam, 21 1/2 feet overall with enough V at the transom to make her comfortable.
She has very nice lines and is typical of her era with similar looks to a Chris Craft.
Plans include frames, stem, keel, seating, floors, transom assay, engine hatch etc.
No lofting is required as all plans are full size as PDF (Adobe reader) files.
