Classic wooden boat plans is about providing the simplest form of boat plans for the amateur and professional builder.

Unlike conventional boat plans, every part has it's own individual plan. You do not need to loft the frames up to full size. It's done for you.

Adobe files (PDF) are provided with the plans which enable you to have these printed at most large plan print shops. Once you have the CD or have download the full size patterns you just need to find a print shop that handles 3 foot wide sheets!The DXF files are the real bonus hers. These can be used to form permanent patterns, templates and in some cases complete parts. These are invaluable for making up frame components with gusseted frames. Laser cutters and anyone using an overhead router can take these files and cut out the frame patterns from them. If it wasn't for the waste, you could cut out the frames in one piece! I believe Babyface Nelson, the Bootlegger replica has been made up of one piece frames. (ring frames)

Typical file size is 50MB.
