Classic wooden boat plans is a collection of established wooden boat designs ranging from the early 1900’s to about 1970. Some of our own designs are Banshee, Custom Barrelback 19 and the Deep V inspired by the Donzi Sweet 16, Bantam. Other plans include Chris Craft, Hacker, Gar Wood, Riva, Switzer, barrel back, Baby Bootlegger, Flyer, Teaser.

Fishing Boat 17'
A classic styled open fishing boat that lends itself to plywood construction. Featuring a wide beam, outboard well, stability at rest and can be customized to suit most set-ups.
All frames are notched for side battens, hull battens, sheer and chine rails. The outboard well area is defined as is the transom and rear deck sections.
The stem is marked to locate chine, sheer and king plank. The lower hull is designed to allow water to flow under the frames towards the rear of the vessel by using raised longitudinal battens.
Coupled to an automatic bilge pump this is ideal for fast drainage and less maintenance.
Two floor sections are included though planked floors can be used.
